Autumn gets scared when it’s grooming time, but Shennie made her comfortable to go through the grooming in a gentle way. When we picked her up, she seems not stressed or agitated to go. Shennie even charged us a 1st time customer fee, which is a pretty good one! She also gave us a detangler and helped us how to prevent the matting. We liked our Autumn spoodle’s look, not too shaved, still fluffy but well trimmed 🙂

We contacted Shennie today and booked a time for my 4 month old Cavoodle pup to be groomed. Her response was fast and the grooming service was provided same day. I loved how she took her time to groom my baby pup Ringo. The out come was fantastic, not forgetting my Ringo enjoyed his time there getting spoilt, came home and fast asleep. He looks fantastic 😍. Shennie is a lovely person and her work is amazing (can tell she is highly experienced). I would highly recommend her to all the pet owners. The place she works from is really clean, tidy and hygienic. I will be her regular client now.
